12.2 Forfeiture. 13.4 Jurisdiction. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement that are not resolved through the dispute resolution processes described in Sections 13.1 and 13.2 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.5 Game Result Finality. Certified game results are final and binding. No claim may be made against mwplay8888 on the basis of a player's dissatisfaction with a game outcome that was generated correctly by certified RNG systems or observed live dealer procedures.

Your continued use of mwplay8888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
